Planning your event
What does balloon twisting cost?
Professional balloon twisting is $125/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Bookings start at $250. An additional twister is +$50/hour when available. Large, public, multi-day and custom events are individually quoted.
How far do you travel?
We serve East Texas from the Longview area. Travel is based on one-way distance from our operating origin: 0–30 miles included; 31–40 miles +$25; 41–50 miles +$50; 51–60 miles +$75; over 60 miles custom quoted.
How many balloons can you make per hour?
Standard twisting offers more detailed creations and a broader menu, with approximately 15–20 creations per hour. A streamlined High-Volume menu allows approximately 25–40 creations per hour. These are planning estimates, not guarantees. Tell us about your crowd; we will recommend the menu, setup and staffing.
Do you work at festivals and public events?
Organizer-sponsored public events are preferred. We also consider select vendor/pay-per-creation opportunities individually. Large, public and multi-day events are custom quoted.
Creations & celebrations
Can you make custom designs?
Custom themed menus and event-specific creations may be available. Tell us what you have in mind. Additional design fees may apply depending on customization. Occasional themed touches selected by Posey Puff are included; substantial customer-requested menu or design development may require a custom fee.
Can you create a balloon caricature?
One-of-a-kind balloon caricatures inspired by a guest may be available, depending on complexity, advance notice and reference materials. Reference photos and additional design time may be needed. Pricing and availability depend on complexity.
Is anything special included for birthdays?
Yes! Birthday bookings include a special creation for the birthday guest of honor.
Booking & payment
When is my date actually reserved?
A request alone does not reserve a date. Your date is reserved only after Posey Puff confirms availability and applicable booking requirements, including the agreement and required deposit, are completed.
How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
The standard booking deposit is 50% and is nonrefundable. The balance is due on event day. Your date is not reserved until all applicable booking requirements are completed.
Changes & weather
What happens if weather affects my event?
Weather-related rescheduling is penalty-free. If you fully cancel because of weather, the required booking deposit remains nonrefundable. Any amount paid above the required deposit is refunded.
Can I reschedule my event?
Reschedule 7 or more days before your event with no rescheduling fee. Less than 7 days before the event, but before its scheduled start, a $50 rescheduling fee applies. At or after the scheduled start time, or for a no-show, the cancellation policy applies. Your rescheduled event must occur within 12 months of the original date and is subject to availability. Weather-related rescheduling is penalty-free.
What if I cancel?
The required booking deposit remains nonrefundable. If you paid more than the required deposit before cancellation, amounts above it are refunded, subject to the applicable event agreement.
What if Posey Puff cancels?
If Posey Puff cancels for a non-weather reason, you may receive a full refund of amounts paid or choose a penalty-free reschedule.
